    Blackberry touch app please

  5. Tony Orlando says:

You need an app that will allow contractors to scan the products in the store which makes a list of products and prices needed for estimating jobs. Doing it on the website is a pain because half the products are hard to find due to bring up all the products instead of what is currently available at your local store. We are there all the time anyway so being able to walk around the store and scan the exact product needed for the estimate and generating a list would make estimating alot easier. thus “saving time and money” as your ads say.

    • Reid says:

I like the poster’s comments about being able to walk through the store, scan codes, input quantities and create an estimate list. Having a contractor centric app would be so helpful. This could be one feature. The next would be the ability to have shared lists that you can name. That way contractors could have a job list where the workers and subs could add needed items, then when any of them are at HD they could check the list and pick up needed materials as the job progresses. You could make this location aware so that it notifies you when you drive within a X mile radius of a HD because you are often working in parts of town that you might not be familiar with. I’d be happy to help design it!

  6. Jim Wunder says:

I am a Blackberry user. I can’t find your app for the Blackberry. Do you have one?

  7. CL Mike says:

Just downloaded for the Android. Not a bad app. Some suggestions for features:

    - It would be nice if I could store information about my house through your app. For example, measurements, tools I use, etc. A lot of times I find myself in your store and see something I like, but then I have to go back home and get some details then return to the store.
    - My List should be more prominent. If you could use that information to then offer me product suggestions that are more tailored to my needs. For example, if I buy a furnace filter once every two months, I would like to set a reminder to purchase it.
    - Allow for the create account screen to flip sideways. I have a G2 that uses a QWERTY keyboard, which I prefer to onscreen typing.
    - You need to add more space to the bottom of the create account screen. When I have the onscreen keyboard up, it hides the register button, which confuses me as to when I need to submit.
    - The process for the app is taking up a LOT of memory. There should be a way to shut it down via the app.

  8. Janet McLean says:

The whole experience with Home Depot was a very pleasant one
and The delivery people were so polite and helpful.

My only complaint was that I got a dryer and a booklet that show
my dryer has a 60 minute drying cycle and actually it only has a
30 minute drying cycle so I have to keep going back and setting the
time again and again. The booklet shows 60 minute drying cycle.
So what is going on.??? I never saw a machine with a 30 minute drying cycle?????
    cycle???????

  14. Clement Hewlett says:

I purchased a Wirlpool gas dryer from the St. Croix store, do you stock the conversion kit to change the dryer from natural gas to LP gas and if so how do I go about purchasing one or should one have been giving to me when I purchase the dryer?
We have no natural gas here so they all will have to be converted to LP gas,
