The kitchen is often the most utilized space in the home, serving as a place for meals, conversation and gathering of family and friends. If you are considering upgrading your current kitchen or are considering a full-scale remodel, The Home Depot is here to help you throughout the process – from start to finish!  Our newly-launched Virtual Kitchen Showroom is a one-stop destination for creating, planning and refreshing your kitchen space.

Follow these easy steps to begin making your dream kitchen a reality:

  • Begin by creating a Kitchen Planner account, where you’ll be asked to provide some key details about your current kitchen space and any additional features you’re interested in learning more about (i.e. countertops, cabinets, flooring).
  • After you’ve created and named your Kitchen Project, begin exploring different layouts, color palettes and design elements by using our 20/20 Kitchen Visualizer. This unique, three-dimensional interactive tool allows you to view the perfect combination of functionality and style while designing your dream kitchen.
  • Share your design ideas with your professional Home Depot designer by uploading images, photos, idea lists – any inspiration you may have that you want to see come to life within your new kitchen space. You can also save any files you’ve created to your Kitchen Planer account for your designer to work with and review.
  • To communicate with your designer, simply click on the ‘My Messages’ tab to either start a new interactive conversation or reply to the most recent message your designer has sent you. You’ll be guided through the process of determining your kitchen measurements so that your designer will be able to create actual 3-D renderings of various kitchen layouts for you to view online. By utilizing the ‘My Messages’ feature, you and your designer will be able to discuss your project at any time.

Get started with your kitchen remodel today by viewing our step-by-step introductory video or visit My Kitchen Planner directly. You can also find out more information by clicking on the FAQs tab once you’ve set up your Kitchen Planner account. With help from The Home Depot, your dream kitchen is just a few mouse clicks away!
