A collection of Union Jack clothing and decor

We find the Anglophile design trend absolutely smashing. The British Union Jack is popping up just about everywhere, so much so, the Union Jack is the New Black, says Design Sponge. And with the Olympic Games being held in London this year, we’ll bet you tea and crumpets this trend will be colonizing the US for more than a few fortnights’ time.

Here are a few pieces that will quickly put some of Dear Old Blighty in your royal palace.

TOP ROW (LEFT TO RIGHT):

The asymmetry and fun design in this Religion Union Jack dress puts a spin on the classic flag.

The thoroughly British Wellington rain boot fit just right with the flag. This high-fashion Hunter pair with an antique flag pattern makes us want to jump in puddles.

Yes, these Regent’s Crown Hooks from the Home Decorators Collection are fit for the queen. The set of four makes the entryway high class.

This Union Jack Frame from our European Influence Collection puts your pictures in a new context. The black and white design is a subtle way to incorporate the iconic pattern.

The aptly named Union Junction Storage Boxes are a stop at the intersection of decoration and function. The pop of the design and quality of the craftsmanship will make you forget about all the junk you’ve crammed inside.

This will give your living room a nautical feel without diving too far into one particular theme.

In the inspiration board above, we were inspired by the Colonial Mills Allure Polo Blue Braided Area Rug. If the blue-and-white stripe pattern wasn’t enough to convince us, the name of the rug sure did! It perfectly references a casual Hamptons beach house.

TOP ROW (FROM LEFT TO RIGHT):

The Rockford Sofa in Natural Twill is quite modern in form, but the nickel-finished nailhead trim gives it a touch of traditional formality. This large piece perfectly anchors the space because of its light color and versatile look. It will match any look you’re going for in the future.
